Coping with Stress - Navigating a Balanced Life
We all encounter stress. However, are you aware of the source of your stress? Do you have ways to assess your stress levels? Do you want to learn evidence-based stress reduction techniques?
In this workshop, we aim to create a safe space for navigating stress, by fostering awareness and connection to our body and mind, and learning practical stress coping strategies. Learning how to effectively deal with stress can increase your resilience and help you thrive.
